The neighborhood is only 3 miles from world-famous Keystone Resort. This 1994 home was built to optimize these views. There is even an interior window in the master bedroom so you won't miss another opportunity to see the lake! Corinthian Hill prides itself on their strict Architectural Covenants. The manicured lawns, open space, community playground and clubhouse illustrate their efforts. This property is constantly being updated and upgraded for an optimum vacation destination for new and returning visitors! The upgrades in 2010 are by far the best! We will begin at the front door in the tiled foyer. The tile flows in to the dining room and kitchen for an open airy feel. The large kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid granite countertops and rustic glass tile. You'll also find all major and small appliances, cookbooks and a selection of herbs and spices. I bet there are some utensils you can't even name! It may be better outfitted than most primary homes. The inventory includes such items as a food processor, Le Crueset & Farberware cookware, coffee grinder, 2 coffee makers, salad spinner, crock pot and fondue pot! The dining area has a massive country pine harvest table with enough seating for 10 with a leaf. A sliding glass door offers access to the second patio with Vermont Castings gas grill and private hot tub. The living room allows for a large open area perfect for congregating with friends and/or family. It's entertainment center houses a 40" HD-TV, with Dish Network HD programming, DVD, cards, board games, and a paperback and magazine library exchange. The front of the house has floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the scenery. There is a french door which opens on to a private deck with an unobstructed panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding Gore Mountain Range. The deck is equipped with patio furniture and an umbrella table for dining. This multi-level 2100 square foot floor plan enables the residents ample privacy with 1 living area and each of the 3 main bedrooms/bathrooms on their own floor. The master bedroom/bathroom is upstairs with a walk-in closet, over-sized jetted tub, color TV with remote, king sized bed. A large 2nd bedroom is half a floor down with its own full bath and another color TV w/ remote, queen sized antiqued carved bed and glider rocker in the small sitting area. The lower level offers a third bedroom with a queen size bed and TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a full futon with a complete entertainment system with TV/VCR/DVD complete with over 50 VCR movie selections and stereo with CD. There is another full bath on the lower level next to the extra large washer and dryer. The children's baby cribs (2) are in the utility room.

The home we rented was everything we expected once we got in. We arrived at the Wilderness management company office after hours and were instructed to pick up a packet that would contain a key and a map to the property. The map was great for getting you to the general area of the property but that is all. A few additions like turn left immediately on a road marked private drive and the house is the first on your right would have been great. The house is grey with white trim and having the house number visible from a dark driveway would have been nice.
The packet contained a garage door remote which did not work. After sitting in our car in the driveway of the property for 45 minutes we received a call with a code and instructions for the front door keypad and were able to get in. The person I spoke with on the phone was sympathetic and helpful to the best of her ability. Unfortunately the company had not given her the necessary tools to solve our problem quickly. When the garage door opener was returned at the end of our stay we were told " oh the opener has been broke for a while and the owner has not given us a new one." It would appear that the management company knowingly sent us to the house with no way in at 8:00pm on a cold night. The person I spoke with that night said the management company would contact me the next morning. They never did!

We have rented from Wildernest before and it has always been a great experience. This time because of the size of our family we rented a house. The house was in a great location- only 5 minutes from the slopes. It had plenty of room for our whole family. The house was well furnished with everything we could have needed for our stay. We will be coming back and will call Wildernest again for our needs.

We had a good experience overall utilizing all four bedrooms. The property was well appointed, common space spacious & comfortable. Nice views of Lake Dillon. Negatives; needs new dryer, road noise from highway 6 from 5 AM thru 11 PM.

We were very satisfied with the home and the total rental experience. We have stayed in Summit County over the course of many years and this property was one of the best. The location was perfect and the home was comfortable and well-equipped for our party of six. The rental company was very responsive to our needs.
