We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: May 5, 2008

ASST. SHORT TERM RENTAL MANAGER
Full time year round position. Responsible for day-to-day operations of front desk and reservations. Strong supervisory skills required to oversee staff of both.

RESERVATIONS AGENT
One full time seasonal position. Must take some on-call shifts. Candidate should have the ability to provide excellent guest service in person and over the phone. Office experience, computer and phone skills preferred. Holidays required.

PM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Full time office position. Duties to include maintaining supply room, track PM time, assist Resident Managers, update service agreements and input PM work orders. Will also assist with receptionist duties. Need to be detail oriented with superior communication and computer skills. Must be able to multi task and provide great customer service.
