We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: September 1, 2010

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR 
Ideal candidate will possess superior: customer service, communication & organizational skills…be comfortable with computers (desktop publishing a plus) and have some prior property management experience. 

PROPERTY MANAGER 
F/T year round position to manage and maintain condominium complexes.  Hands-on position. Maintenance,  shoveling and supervision of staff.  Must have maintenance experience.   Must have reliable vehicle, insurance and valid license and be able to get a CDL.  Bilingual a plus but not necessary.  


HOUSEKEEPING INSPECTOR 
P/T, 2-3 days a week.  Inspect condos to determine readiness for occupancy.  Must have eye for detail.  Competitive hourly rate.  Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license and auto insurance required. Must speak English.


PROPERTY MAINTENANCE 
Need a reliable, hardworking individual with maintenance skills to maintain common grounds at condo complexes.  Requires ability to provide excellent customer service.  Must be able to speak and understand English.
