Planning a group event? Wildernest manages multiple condo complexes and town homes in Summit County, all are privately owned and fully furnished. Condo units range from economical to specialty and studio units to five bedroom town homes. We can accommodate a variety of groups from Youth Retreats, Family Reunions and Business Retreats to Wedding Parties, Ski Organizations and Sports Clubs! We also have conference facilities that will host many functions. Whatever the size or type of your group, Wildernest has the perfect place for your winter or summer event.

We offer Group specials starting at 20% off nightly rates for your event. Qualifying groups include 4 or more condos OR 20+ guests. You can also enjoy VIP status at over 30 local businesses throughout Summit County ranging from ski rentals and great restaurants to horseback riding and spa services. Highland Greens Lodge
Amenities: Seating for 58 people; full kitchen, coffee maker, sound system, TV
Charges: $250 full day; $175 half day; $35 cleaning fee ~ Required Security Deposit: $200

Timber Ridge
