In addition to our vacation rentals and extended stay accommodations, Wildernest has properties for long term rentals. If you would like to make Summit County your home for six months or longer, email or talk to Justin Moore, our Long Term Lease Manager to schedule an appointment: Email. (970) 513-5619. You may pick up an application or print the on line application, fill it out and bring it to 204 Wildernest Road. Each Co-Applicant must complete a separate rental application. There is a $30.00 fee PER Applicant. You MUST present current drivers license and social security card with application.
