Our family came from 6 different states for the holidays. We absolutely loved the condo, location, the management team and the town of Frisco. We are planning to return next year for a longer stay.

The outdoor hot tub did not work during our stay. Kind of disappointing after a good day on the slopes we could not enjoy the outdoor hot tub.

Beautifully renovated condo with a gorgeous view of Cross Creek from the balcony. Very convenient location in Frisco.

Relaxing, quiet, convenient to town, everything we needed, except VHS not in working order, unable to use. Had to call maintenance to turn on heat and no hot water first evening, but overall a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would rent this property again.

Everything was wonderful except we were a bit disappointed that the outdoor hot tub wasn't running as we had so looked forward to the cool breeze on our skin while gazing at the stars. We were also unpleasantly suprised by no hot water when we showered. The heated floors didn't seem to work on the lower level and when we turned on one of the provided space heaters it continuosly popped the breaker. We did; however, love the location and the fact that we were butted right up against the rushing water. It was soothing to wake up to lovely views right outside the balcony. The kitchen was lovely and we especially enjoyed the fireplace. Check in and out was the easiest anywhere I have ever stayed. Hopefully the next time we come back the heat will work in all applications where it failed during this stay.

We had a terrific stay and loved the unit. We also loved staying in Frisco for a change. We would definitely stay there again. The unit could use some better pots and pans for those that like to cook.

This condo was an excellent choice and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Great location nestled in the trees with the creek running right out the back, but close enough to town for shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Compensation was not offered even though I informed employees at the main number the next day of the problems we incurred. It would be appropriate for compensation in this matter.

Enjoyed staying at Cross Creek 203 in May 2012. The condo was beautifully remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The clubhouse had a pool and hot tubs which were great for the kids. We were a short distance from the Frisco / Breckenridge trail, so we ran and biked there. We would love to stay in this condo again in the future.
