We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: May 11, 2012.

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Requires the ability, personality and temperament to organize staff, direct and control the department to fulfill obligations to homeowners as explained in the service management agreements and the property management manual.  Must deliver high quality service and customer satisfaction and see that service is provided in an efficient manner.  Must be a strong leader and supervisor, pay great attention to detail, and work well independently.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER   
Requires strong leadership skills and the ability to organize and coordinate a wide range of activities. Must have great attention to detail; the ability to assist in developing budgets and interpreting financial statements. Must excel at managing relationships and communicating with Boards and co-workers. 5 years experience desired.

HOUSEKEEPER   
F/T year round.  Responsible for the cleaning and re-stocking of assigned condominium/housing units.  Must have an eye for detail and work well independently.  Piece rate and transportation provided. Housekeeping experience preferred.  Must work weekends.

VACATION RENTALS SALES MANAGER     
Full time, year round.  Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities for the Short Term Rental Program.  Staffs and motivates a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.  Ideal candidate will have a track record of proven results.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II   
Need a reliable, hardworking individual with maintenance skills to maintain common grounds at condo complexes.  Requires ability to provide excellent customer service.  Must be able to speak and understand English.

PROPERTY COORDINATOR MAINTENANCE         
Coordinate maintenance work orders and clerical needs for a busy repair and maintenance business.  Attention to detail, excellent communication, and computer skills necessary.  Outstanding customer service required, bilingual a plus.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER                         
Year round position. Need reliable, hardworking individual to maintain common grounds and clubhouses at large condo complex. Must have good communication skills and a desire to provide great customer service.  Valid US drivers license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance required. Must speak English; bilingual a plus.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I
Need a reliable, hardworking individual with maintenance skills to maintain common grounds at condo complexes.  Requires ability to provide excellent customer service.  Must be able to speak and understand English. Requirements include valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
