Almost perfect. We turned on the TV to watch the Super Bowl and reception was poor. We bypassed the CD player and reception was great although not HD.

We had a great time at Tarn Landing B8. It fit 10 people perfectly and 3 bathrooms was key! We liked the location and the easy access to the hot tubs. The only drawback was that one hot tub did not work and was locked so we had to sue the tub in shifts. Otherwise this place is fantastic!

This is a very cozy condo with lots of sleeping options for adults and kids. Great location to everything, and a quick walk to Lake Dillon. The owner has a personal touch that makes guests feel welcome. We loved this place and can't wait for a return visit.

this property was very nice! The only thing to note is: if you share with another family (because this unit is for up to 10 people), just be aware that you won't have a lot of privacy since there is only one bedroom and the other beds are all in the loft...

This was the 4th year I have stayed at Tarn Landing and my only complaint is ... there are 2 community hot tubs and not one year in the four have they both been up and running during the week we rent. This year one was closed as usual and the other one was almost always full when we would go down. Very disappointing if you just came in from skiing and would like to jump in and relax before going to dinner. I am dissatified with that one aspect.
A very nice addition to this unit would be a larger flat panel television in the living and both bedrooms althought work perfectly - they are now considered antiques!
It's still a great place from all other aspects.

3 bathrooms were great, we never had to share. The place itself is well maintained and cozy. There is no "view" to speak of but it has everything one needs while skiing.
The only negative was the heating system - living room and loft got very warm / hot while master bedroom was good 10+ degrees colder at all times.
