Planning a group event? Wildernest manages multiple condo complexes and town homes in Summit County, all are privately owned and fully furnished. Condo units range from economical to specialty and studio units to five bedroom town homes. We can accommodate a variety of groups from Youth Retreats, Family Reunions and Business Retreats to Wedding Parties, Ski Organizations and Sports Clubs! We also have conference facilities that will host many functions. Whatever the size or type of your group, Wildernest has the perfect place for your winter or summer event.
Group Rates
We offer Group specials starting at 20% off nightly rates for your event. Qualifying groups include 4 or more condos OR 20+ guests. You can also enjoy VIP status at over 30 local businesses throughout Summit County ranging from ski rentals and great restaurants to horseback riding and spa services. Amenities: Seating for 50 people; full kitchen, elevator access, TV
Charges: $500 full day; $300 half day ~ Required Security Deposit: $250
Buffalo Village
Amenities: Seating for 45 people; refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker
Charges: $40 full day; $25 half day ~ Required Security Deposit: $100
*Must be a guest or owner of Buffalo Village to rent.
Cross Creek
Amenities: Seating for 86 people; full kitchen, coffee maker, various electronics for meeting use. Hours 8am - 10pm daily.
Charges:
Owners ~ free, with a cleaning charge of $25 per hour as needed
Unit Renters ~ $150/full day, $75 1/2 day (4 hours or less)
Non Renters/Non Owners ~ $300/day, $150 1/2 day
Non Profits ~ free with a cleaning charge of $25 per hour as needed. Required Security Deposit: $100
Highland Greens Lodge
Amenities: Seating for 58 people; full kitchen, coffee maker, sound system, TV
Charges: $250 full day; $175 half day; $35 cleaning fee ~ Required Security Deposit: $200
*Must be a guest or owner of Highland Greens Lodge to rent.
Timber Ridge
Amenities: Seating for 25 people; mini refrigerator, sink, sound system
Charges: $250 full day; $175 half day ~ Required Security Deposit: $100
