We had a great time celebrating our 30 wedding anniversary. Aspen Leaves were changing, used the hot tub, went for hikes and bike rides. Great location between Breck, Keystone. Will come back again hopefully during ski season. Everything worked fine in condo, no issues.

It was a trek for skiing but comfy enough. There was weirdly a lack of sufficient lighting and no humidifiers. We felt like raisins after 2 days (and we're from Denver)

Our stay was pleasant and would recommend Wildernest properties. The room was clean, cozy and had an updated kitchen. It was nice to have a wood burning fireplace to to warm up to after skiing.
The only small issues were the building seemed to be out dated and another tenant had a dog which barked for several hours.
Good times.

The unit we stayed in was great. Location was great. It was pleasant to take a walk. It was obviously a personal getaway, adding to its charm. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner, so I would check with the property mgt company. It would have been easier to take some along than buy a new supply. We had some snafu's with lift tickets, but it all worked out in the end.

Buffalo Village 104DD is nice with upscale features, pleasant view and access to outside patio. It fits 4 people nicely and offers no shampoo. Everything works properly, the rooms are evenly warm, hot water is hot, and no "surprises". The building itself (separate from AA/BB units building right next to it) is a little bit high up (~700 ft above highway 70) with a could-be-challenging drive in bad weather (~7-10 min from hw70), but we did not have any problems. Parking is not covered, but easy access to the main entrance. It has a spacious unattendant lobby, elevator, small but inviting SPA area with sauna/pool/hot tub, gym with ping-pong, etc. The Wildernest check-in is fast, easy to find and convenient after hours. We had to call to inquire about SPA area access code (our fault since we did not see the instructions on the board hiding behind our hanging coats), but were able to reach a manager at night on dec 25th, and he was helpful. Our fiends (2 families) stayed in 302AA in a separate building across the parking lot. We spent 2 (out of 4) evenings there. Their condo looked less upscale, but functional with no complaints from the tenants and similar SPA area downstairs. It had a nice balcony.

The condo was great, except for the fact we couldn't get the DVD player to work and there was no mention that the condo didn't have a hair dryer. We had to go to town to purchase one. As for the property, the pool and hot tub weren't operatable and there were 2 barking dogs in the condo next to us. At least they stopped barking at night. Thank goodness!

The buffalo village units are nice because they have a pool and hot tub in the building. This unit has an updated kitchen with granite counters which is really nice! Otherwise the unit is still a bit dated. This unit is quite a ways up the mountain...almost to the top...which seems to take a long time...but probably only takes 5minutes. Its a great place for the money. And we got free skiing passes...which is the best part about wildernest!
