Our unit in Keystone Gulch was perfect for our family. It was clean and in a beautiful location. Our only recommendation would be the ability to enter the property with a key code on the unit's door, rather than having to come to the management office first.

The home is older, but mostly clean. Beds are comfortable plenty of space. The shuttle is just steps away, but just know it only takes you to the Mt House side of keystone, not the busier River Run side with more shops and dining options. You have to take a separate shuttle for that. Overall a good value.

As for the negatives -

The left us no info on how to access the laundry room. The managment team nor the owner were available during our stay. That was frustrating as we packed light since we thigh we had a washer. . There wasn’t even enough hot water for two showers. You have to pick up your keys and drop them off at the Management company in the next town over. That is not very convenient when traveling late and your exhausted from skiing. You’d think they would just put a code on the door.

Hello Lori, I did not see any messages come in from you. Our contact number is a 24/7 line, so I'm shocked to hear that you weren't able to get in touch with us. I will ask IT if there were any issues with our phones. The laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse, which key access is provided when you pick up your keys. We do not manage Keystone Gulch HOA which requires the saflok key cards.

This vacation rental is very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We were initially surprised by the long walk from the parking lot to the unit through a wandering pathway. The now had piled up high and had been pushed into some of the parking spaces so parking was difficult. The clubhouse was across the street and positioned within a neighboring set of rental properties so also difficult to find. But once we found the condo and the clubhouse both were very nice. One thing that made the vacation more difficult is that we had only 1 key. We thought the property would be convenient along the shuttle route allowing people in our party to come and go at different times, but we only had 1 key, so it made this difficult. My daughter would have come back to the condo early but had to wait in the lodge for hours because of this. When I called to ask for more keys, we were offered more and I had to drive to the property management office to pick them up. We got 3 keys as requested, but when I got back to the property, only 2 of them actually worked. It would have made the stay more enjoyable for those who wanted to ski less and come back to the condo if they had keys. We have stayed in other properties where the unit has a lock box by the front door with a code so you can keep one key there for anyone to use as long as they have the code. I would suggest you set up a key system like this. For a 3 bedroom unit with lots of people coming and going, this would make more sense. The condo itself was very nice and we would consider renting here again and we would make sure we had enough keys for everyone. Thanks!
